视译，就是一边看一边译，重点是译的速度和看的一样快，要点是要译得顺，不要停顿过久或有太多“呃~~”这样的语气词。
做法：1）选一篇材料，进行中英互翻。通常我会建议选一些较为前沿的信息作为材料，这样的材料可以在www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/这类网站中找得到。
2）速度要尽量均匀，不要停顿太久，不要有“呃”“这个”“那个啥”这样的语气词
